Working today I did Burn & Firm by one of my fitness mentors
(in my head) Ellen Barrett from her days at Crunch fitness.
I've added Pilates as part of my fitness regimen
because since graduating high school...I abhorred stretching.
Do you like bending parts that feel like any second they might pop?
Since restarting pilates last year, I don't feel as tight and have it slated for
twice a week. I love the way I feel in my core after a DVD.
